Beware of this doctor!!!! I made the grave mistake of taking my children to him for 4 years and am now paying the price. Despite regular bi-yearly visits for cleanings, both my children have multiple cavities that have been ignored for years. We just found out my eldest has 12 cavities, 2 of which are underneath a couple of fillings that Dr. Kozloff placed. After almost every visit we were told "no cavities" - ya right !!!!! I was always surprised at how short each cleaning appointment was. I should have paid more attention to that clue. His assistant is rough and rude and on one of the few occasions when a filling was done, the doctor didn't use any anesthetic and when my daughter cried out in pain, the assistant just told her "oh you're ok" as if she was being a baby (my daughter was 17 at the time). She also left that visit with a huge bubble on her lip from all the tugging and pulling. Additionally, they are too cheap to install a computer with internet so their billing system is completely done manually, instead of by modem, where direct billing can be done to the insurance company. I wish I could hold this doctor accountable for the thousands of dollars I now need to spend to have my kids teeth fixed properly. To top it all off, the doctor is on the verge of being rude. He has a slightly condescending and bored tone when speaking with the parents, as if he'd much rather be doing something else.
