Far from impressed with his cavalier attitude. Was referred to him as a specialist by my regular dentist, and within the first 5 minutes of meeting him realized that this man is not so much a dentist as he is a businessman. Decided to go elsewhere for a proper assessment. Ended up paying $60 for a proper diagnosis, as opposed to being told 'I see nothing on the x-ray's, let's do a root canal ($1,100), but you have to book now as my schedule is filling quickly.'.... I almost expected to hear the words' operators are standing by... and if you order now...'. Turned out to be a crack in my enamel, I did not need root canal. I almost got the feeling he had a car payment coming up... Not impressed. Consequently, I fired my dentist due to the referral, and went elsewhere.

Dr. Auerbach is a very efficient and helpful. He performed two root canals on me, and they both went smoothly without any problems. He was also able to diagnose something that my general dentist was unable to and just for that reason alone I highly reccomend him to others.

I have lived on three continents (Europe / Japan - HK / US) and been seen by a few dentists over the years. I can't think of anybody more proficient, more assiduously following up and available at short notice. As anybody who has experienced acute tooth pain requiring surgery knows, those qualities are priceless.
