I agree with all the above comments. I don't like the ways they treat their patients. Bad treatment from the dentist and bad manner from receptionist. I will not go back again.

Unreliable, unprofessional, irresponsible. The staffing at McLaughlin office has no manners, wonder if they are professionally trained or licensed at all.

Horrible service. Notice to the Vietnamese Community to be careful of this dental office. Dr. Phong is unprofessional. He did not have the equipment to perform the job he was supposed to, was talking over me to his staff as if I was not there, and his assistants were not professional or educated. I had specifically asked for another dentist, but they did not listen and referred me to Phong. They are an unprofessional and ill-informed dental pratice. I warn against both of thier offices on Maclaughlin and Hurontario. Do not go here. If you can affor him, you can find another dentist.
