I went for a dental cleaning and had to wait past my appointment time. The hygienist did only half my mouth and told me she had another patient waiting and had no time to finish. I feel this was very unprofessional since why would they give me an appointment and then do only half my mouth. I still had to pay before leaving. I am very upset by this experience being asked to come back due to their lack of good schedule planning.
