Miserable from poor service
I am unfortunately still a patient. What a waste of $8000. I thought the high price would mean better service. I avoid the place because every time I go in there her staff works on me and screws the job up then I have to go back!!! She does not check their work before I leave. She has nothing invested in customer service and has zero efforts to help people with dental emergencies besides a answering machine. I am having a dental emergency and I am still waiting for a call back. Maybe next week... She dropped her hours to just a few hours a day 3 days a week now... I have tried to close my file 3 times and they are not even capable of doing that there.
