The office staff were very friendly and I had to correspond several times as I was sending my own xrays and asking a lot of questions. I am a fearful dental patient any time I see a dentist. Anyhow, everything ran smoothly. Dr. Fields was professional, patient, and answered many questions; as you see, I like to know the details, good and bad (not everyone does). Dr. Fields did a retreatment for me, as the first root canal was done by a general dentist and became infected after about 8 months. When I researched the Gentle Wave device for RCT I found Dr. Alison Fields and thought I would like to try this method. The procedure, of course, never nice, was not as bad as I thought it was going to be. She was calming and got the procedure done within the timeframe she said she would, and I would have been fine with it taking longer or two visits because it was a complicated issue. Anyhow, all done now, and only time will tell if the 2nd treatment will work. I really hope it does because I don't want to lose the tooth. I will follow up with Dr. Fields in 3 or so months to see if the infection has reduced. Thanks Dr. Fields, keep on giving that care and concern to your practice. It makes you special.

Dr. Fields is an excellent young endodontist who performed a complex root canal for me. She is extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and very comforting. Her staff is friendly and also very comforting. I highly recommend her!
