i strongly disagree with the first comment by emily y.it shows she has not really worked closely with opy.opy is the most professional dental practice manager with a mba degree i have ever know.she pleasant too.my advice to emily y is for you to know people well before making nasty comments about them.this is very unprofessional.

Dr.Olopadeis extraordinary Denstist who is very patient and honest with his patients. Does good quality work and does not rush. However, The Receptionist and Office Manager Ope Olopade is very rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all. She makes it very difficult for people to work with her when it comes to paper work and accommodating patients concerns.

Dr O is a very good dentist. His receptionist however is difficult to deal with. She is very short and abrupt. recently i have had to change dentists due to billing procedures. The Alberta Dentists Association sets the units of time for dentists to bill out. One unit of scaling is set at 15 minutes as confirmed by the ADA and several other dentists in the Edmonton area. I have also confirmed that Belmead Dental bills out each unit scaling in 10 minute increments which is absolutely wrong. Billing out in 10 minute increments causes insurance to be declined and patients to pay more out of pocket as well.
