Dr. Ahmad has been our family dentist for many years. We are a big family and he has perform all kind of dental care for us from simple cleaning to specific dental dentures. Dr.Ahmad is one of a kind when come to dealing with kids. I have had dentist who simply gave up faced to a scared child but he has his way to comfort them and make them feel at ease. We also easily get through with emergency care. He is really straight forward wich may be hard for some people but very honest and understanding to his patient. His clinic is run on dental care not on high tech procedure and esthetic look which you pay for in other clinic. Doctor Ahmad and his staff are very close to their patient and extremely friendly so when you have been coming for years it feel like a family meeting.

Regardless of being organized or not, what matter is to get the job done with quality and friendly manner. Firstly, this clinic understands your financial situation and they never overcharge you, especially if you don't have dental insurance. Secondly, I know this clinic since 2003. This clinic has been in business for more than a decade. Thirdly, they have treated double the number of patients of any other clinic in Ottawa. So, they've seen enough, your case won't be difficult to treat.

He might be little bit cheaper than other dentists but the clinic is very unorganized, I had an appointment at 9 am and no one was there to open for me and I had to wait in the cold outside in -20 C. Also I had other appointments cancelled at the last minute and postponed to a later date. He seems to be more interested in using all the money in your health insurance rather than solving your most important problems. I had some of my teeth problems treated at his clinic however, some others were created. I had to pay 600 Dollars to fix the problems he caused to me!
