This dentist is hilarious! I never thought I would be able to sit through dental treatment and actually enjoy it! Everything was done fast and pain free. He explained everything to me from the X-rays to what he was doing. His clinic sent off the treatment to my insurance too so I did not have to worry about the paper work! Great clinic, great doc, great experience.

unhappy patient
Dr. Shadid pretends he knows it all. He does not listen to his patients and does whatever he wants. He has a very bad attitude, a bad temper and is very aggressive. He shout at his staff in front of patients which made me felt very uncomfortable. He constantly talk to his assistant while you are on the chair getting your teeth done, it made me felt very nervous, not very professional. He likes money too much. overall he screwed up my teeth and did not wan to fix them, so now I need to see someone else to fix all the problems he created.

Best dentist I have ever been to! This guy is great! Took out my tooth, and replaced it with an implant same day...no pain and in under an hour. My whole family sees this dentist and we will stay with him as long as he is around!

The service is an excellent location in Ottawa. The office's and the dentist's area design a work of art, and are equipped with the most advanced technology. The staff is very organized, friendly, helpful and fast responding to every request/question you may have. Patient would have a great connection from his very first contact with the dentistry. I am absolutely satisfied with the work of Dr. Shadid, whom not only so knowledgeable and caring, but shares every information you have to know about your problem and how can it be resolved. His punctuality is excellent as well as his promise- keeping. I would strongly recommend his service to everybody who wants to have a good experience in the dental world.
