I had an emergence visit with her in April. I didn't mind waiting for her for more than half an hour. But she was only interested in charging my money. she would not tell me anything before I had x-rays saying x-rays was necessary to tell my problem. but even with the x-rays, she still didn't tell me what went wrong with my teeth. and said that a further test needed. This was a expensive visit but was very wastefully and her knocks with the tool only added the pain!

I visited her as a new patient today, first of all, await for her 35 mins late for my appointment without any apology, secondly, her clinic can not take X ray for your whole teeth check up, as a new patient she only took 20 mins for my teeth cleaning, during the whole cleaning processing, it's nightmare, she did not follow regular routine for your teeth cleaning, when she started water and everything all over my face, and she never care your teeth sensitive or not, also only do wash and polish, that's it. when you pay for your bill, they separated cleaning for 3 parts with code, cannot explain what those included. Dr. Xu, Jiawen is worst dentist ever.
