A graduate of the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry, Dr. Hermina Battaglin had been practicing for over 5 years in downtown Toronto before moving uptown to the Art of Smile Denistry.
During her years in practice, she has sought to further her skills by participating in many continuing education courses, focusing on implant and cosmetic dentistry. Other certifications include nitrous oxide sedation, zoom whitening.
Dr. Battaglin is very passionate about her profession, receiving great satisfaction from creating attractive, healthy smiles. She strongly believes that listening to patients is very important in order to develop a treatment plan based on each person’s needs whether it is a simple filling or a complex make-over. Her goal is to help patients keep their teeth in good health as long as possible through continuous care and quality restorations. Referrals from satisfied patients are extremely valuable as they demonstrate trust and value in the care she provides.
Dr. Battaglin is a member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons, Ontario Dental Association and the Canadian Dental Association. She is also a clinical instructor at the University of Toronto.
Dr. Battaglin will be providing you with a complete range of dental services in general family and cosmetic dentistry. She is comfortable treating all patients from the young to the young at heart.

Absolutely amazing. I am not a fan of "The Dentist" generally but this was unlike any prior experience. Dr. Hermina Battaglin was very professional and extremely efficient. I had many difficult fillings that needed immediate attention and she handled them perfectly. She was very gentle and patient with my requests and always made sure I was very comfortable before proceeding with anything. I am not an easy patient when it comes to visiting "The Dentist". I have gone back for cleanings since I had all of my work done over a year ago and now I am finally leaving a review because I can truly say the work done was amazing and the continued great service is much appreciated. Thank you to the team at Art of Smile dentistry and of course Dr. Hermina Battaglin! 10/10

I went for cleaning. First after cleaning first time they told I need 4 5 seating. Receptionists books without confirming you and then demands 75 dollars. Ok that's small issue After 2 seating after a month my right side teeths hurts can chew properly. Don't know what they did. 2nd hygienist did manual cleaning all the time I was bleeding and top of that she kept I am from 3rd world country I don't what cleaning of teeth means??? Well I am from equally developed city Delhi, India. As If I never went for teeth cleaning. But most important in 2 seatings my right side teeths were cleaned they still hurt. Will be going for 2nd opinion to another dentist what is being done on my teeths.

Dr. Battaglin is a find. Highly skilled and knowledgeable, she obviously strives to give her patients the best service and care possible. She went to great lengths recently to address a complicated and painful dental issue. It's comforting to have Doctor Battaglin to turn to, for my dental needs.
