Cert IV Sedation , received his DDS from New York University College of Dentistry. Following training at Syracuse University Hospital Department of Surgery, he was accepted into the 6 year MD/DDS program in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Detroit Receiving hospital and Wayne State School of Medicine. He received training in surgical Head & Neck anatomy as well as performing History & Physical exams. Dr. Taimish then chose to start working in private practice as a GP with practice limited to Oral Surgery & Implant Dentistry. He has taken hundreds of hours of continuing education in Implant Dentistry & Oral Surgery. He maintains a private practice in Vaughan, Ontario as well as providing mobile oral surgery services throughout Ontario. He performs thousands of surgical procedures per year. His main focus is removal of impacted wisdom teeth, surgical extraction, dental implants, bone grafting, All-On-4, and teeth in a day. Dr. Taimish is a board member on the Ontario AGD, and the PACE Chair for the Ontario Academy of General Dentistry.

I saw Dr. Taimish for a consult regarding bad fitting dentures, and some really bad teeth. He went over all the options with me on his iPad, which was very impressive. I could see he was a very straight forward and honest doctor. He has a gorgeous office, and you can see that he takes pride in his placed he placed 4 implants in less than an hour, and removed some old roots that my older dentist had left behind, and never told me abou them. I think he is a highly skilled dental surgeon. I highly recommend him. Does not seem money hungry at all, and is very laid back. His fees are clear and simple and he says it's the same for everyone, and there are never any hidden fes. If you need dental implants than I would say go see him.

Dr. Taimish took out my wisdom teeth, he definitely seems to know what he is talking about I had a wonderful time. I had iv sedation. I felt no pain, was very comfortable. His staff is very professional. The office is spotless and beautiful with what looks like state of the art equipment. I was very impressed and have referred my friends to him. Would definitely recommend him.

Ammar Taimish extracted my teeth without consulting me. He extracted two healthy teeth and now I have 12 teeth in my upper jaw and 14 in lower jaw. Now I have faced sinus and TMJ problems, ear ache and pain in my whole face. I have lost my teeth and health for him. For the extraction, I am biting my cheeks inside and I have lots of wounds inside my mouth. After 8 months, I am in pain every second and get headache every day and no pain killers work for me. I have seen lots of specialists afterward and they told me all happened for the extraction. Please don't go to this person if you would like your health.
