Can't speak for the other dentists and I'm not commenting on the staff but Dr. Al-Barazanchi is the best dentist I have ever met. He is a very honest and caring man and knows his job. If you are in severe pain, it is likely that you can get to see him right away. i

Very unprofessional office, appointments are always delayed/cancelled for no good reason

An unsatisfied patient
I find that the overall facility is unorganized. It’s always over booked; at times two or more people are booked on the same appointment. The doctor does not have an office hence you cannot have a private conversation with him. If you do decide to talk to him it’s in the public and all his co-workers listen on it. His receptionist on the other hand is a whole other story- very unprofessional and unqualified and in lack of words "rude" and that would be an understatement. The list goes on. One thing that also stands out is all of the staff speak the same language they talk over you and when a patient of their ethnicity comes without an appointment they let them in before the others. Waiting periods are forever- minimum of 45min to an hour. Riverside hospital dentist is one that I would NEVER recommend to anyone!
